When COVID-19 halted independent film production in 2020, Chingod Media pivoted to keep creative momentum alive. Moose Mic was a bi-weekly podcast built to connect with fellow creatives and build an audience from scratch during lockdown.

As showrunner, I developed the editorial agenda, hosted every episode, managed guest outreach across industries, and ran the show's Twitter presence. Over the run of the show, we brought on 9 guests spanning red carpet journalism, professional wrestling, game production, and Twitch streaming.

Starting from zero, Moose Mic grew to 100 concurrent viewers per episode on YouTube and independently reached the high 50s in weekly listeners on Podbean. Two separate audiences built without a marketing budget.
