I came to communications through film.

For years, my work as a director, writer, and producer at Chingod Media was built around a single belief: that the right story, told well, changes how people see the world. Every project was an exercise in finding a message worth sharing and building something around it that moved people.

When I discovered PR, it felt less like a career change and more like an expansion. The craft was the same. The scale was different. Instead of telling only the stories I found important, I could help others find the voice to tell theirs.

That's what drives my work today. Whether I'm building a campaign strategy, writing a press release, or producing video content, I'm always thinking about the human on the other end of the message.

I'm a CPRS-designated communications professional based in Toronto, with a background spanning public relations, media production, and digital storytelling. I hold a Bachelor of Communications from Capilano University and a Film Production Diploma from Vancouver Film School. I work in English and Portuguese, and communicate professionally in French and Spanish. That shapes not just what I say, but how I read a room.

I'm early enough in my career to still be hungry, and experienced enough to know the difference between noise and signal.
